Impact Report
While we can take pride in our accomplishments, we know there is more work to do. This is a marathon, not a sprint. The progress to date would not be possible without all of you including the Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), DEI Committee, and Executive Diversity Council who have been our thought partners, change makers, and champions. We encourage everyone to not only read the report, but take this opportunity to reflect on ways in which you and your team can have a direct impact. Our vision of fostering a more inclusive workplace grounded in equity and belonging is only possible when each of us contributes and is truly part of our story. Colorado Make-A-Wish
For over 26 years, STARZ has proudly partnered with Make-A-Wish Colorado, raising more than $1,322,720 since 1998. This incredible support has allowed us to grant over 176 wishes to children facing critical illnesses throughout Colorado. Our Denver office comes together annually to volunteer and create unforgettable experiences for wish kids and their families. Join us in making a difference and become a vital part of this celebration and community!
#TakeTheLead Day
#TakeTheLead Day offers our employees a unique opportunity to engage in meaningful service with our partner organizations. As part of our commitment to giving back, this initiative allows you to volunteer with a variety of charitable organizations, including Campfire Circle, Denver Urban Gardens, Tree People, and the Food Bank for NYC.
